Well, it's only fair.

Eh.

What I like best about you, Buffy, is your sense of humor. I don't think I've ever seen you when you HAVEN'T been able to make some kind of crack; no matter how bad you've felt. And that takes strength, which I admire.

Sometimes when you're feeling bad the only thing to do is take it out on other people. In the form of angry sarcasm.

I don't know what's fair, but you're probably right.

Ah, Cal. We never get a chance to seriously talk, but at the same time, maybe it's best that way. We joke, we laugh, we tease, and then there are the sex robots. And it suits me just fine. It's always nice to have someone to just laugh with.

I know I've gotten serious on you a few times, but it just doesn't feel right to me. You know?

Have a male icon. Heh. ♥

Oh, trust me, you don't want me talking seriously. I get very boring. We'd better just stick to sex robots.

A male ass icon would have been better, but that works, too!

Well, they say that honesty is the best policy. But since when do I believe anything "they" say?

You remind me of me growing up. Feeling pressure to conform to standards that you might not otherwise believe in, feeling the pressure to find a significant other...

There was once a time I felt the same way as you. Maybe it WOULD'VE been easier if I were pretty and perfect. But life was better for me because I wasn't.

And I just want you to see the same thing.

It seems there are a lot of people at camp I could imagine my children becoming. You're one of them.

. . . thank you. I know we haven't known each other too long yet, but I've gotta say that means a lot to me. It really does.

I feel sorry for you.

Your husband's a flaming poofter with a blue swirly-bread-product on his head. You poor thing.

You're fun to tease, and sometimes I wonder if our friendship died when I moved out of the cabin. I miss staying in Boys' nine for that very reason.

I think you're much, much too defensive, though. As evidence, I present our confrontation months ago about Raito. Had you been upfront with me from the very beginning, we could've avoided a lot of drama. But then again, perhaps it's just your pride, mm?

Though, I do admit I still think there was something going on.
