I made GacktJOB piñatas for sandra666219's party. It took forever to design, sketch, cut, construct and decorate them, but it was actually the easy part. The difficulty came with shipping them from California to Texas. >.<; It was quite the experience.

Gackt is no longer taking 'messages to gackt' on his english language page. You can try contacting Dears directly, and attaching photos to your message, you can also try via Gackt's blog, but url postings don't always go through. Your best bet might be to send photos by snail mail, I'm not sure who in Dears chooses what art goes into his Gackt Globals, but I don't believe I've ever seen 'non-Dears' content in it.
