Sometimes Alice wished she didn’t have a gift.
Not to know the endings of conversations before they started. Not to know what was inside Christmas presents. Not to know that at 2:57 the sun was going to break through the clouds and Carlisle would just close the shades in time before an intern walked in his office.
Or to not know all the things that could have happened but didn’t. Not to know how Jasper thought about cheating for the battle. Not to know that Charlie frequently debated punching Edward.
Then the wolves appeared and she wished for nothing more than to get it back.
