As I was talking to Jen today I realized how I miss having someone who knows me around. You all know me, but she knows me in a different way than you all. And as such I recall that I know me and her do not get along, but the IDEA of her is what I am after. I miss dating an intelligent woman. So that is what I am in search of... I TOTALLY feel N.E

Hey you are in the boat that most guys have to even fight to be in. Knowing what they want. Everyone would agree that she wasn't the best thing for you at the time because she didn't possess the maturity and ability to handle a relationship with a person like you. Now that you see her working out with someone else, you are seeing her in her best light. You are extrapolating the good parts of her persona now and finding out that you would like those qualities in another. It usually takes a lot of soul searching and several more women for a guy to get even close to where you are. It will make your life a bit easier knowing what you want in your life and treating all others as obstacles to your end goals, wants and needs. There isn't anything wrong with being nerdy when the person you care about the most is as well. When you are together you become cool in your world.
