Ok since I'm old school and still read books made from paper and hate folding down the corners of books I need bookmarks right?

Well this is what I did... )

Hope you don't mind, but I sent copies of these to my friend and writing partner crimsonkildare who's crafty and loves books. She was thrilled! :D

Gorgeous bookmarks! What a great idea.
Hope you don't mind me jumping in here, I came over because I just saw your name credited to the "Reading is sexy" icon which I use for a few weeks (ever since we all should photograph our book shelves for a meme) but hadn't known who made it so far.

I love especially the first set of bookmarks, as I was there in Cardiff and saw this live. What a great, cute and totally unexpected surprise it was.

Greetings from Germany!

2010 was my first John Barrowman concert, also in Cardiff. And since I loved the city so much, we decided to come back in 2011. We were 14 people from all over Germany and had a blast.

Actually I had been thinking of trying another city the next time, but since he starts to do special things for his homecity now, I think I will stick with Cardiff. When Scott came on stage, we were screaming like madly. And his voice is quite good, isn't it? But I loved all the glances and little touches - so cute.

I had a catchy tune of that song for weeks after!

I read a bit further in your journal and see that you came over all the way and were able to see some concerts as well. That is great. I think they are so much better live than from DVD. I hope one day you will be able to visit Cardiff as well, or have you? I love visiting all the locations from Torchwood and Dr. Who.

Yeah, I loved all the little looks and touches as well.

I did go and see some concerts - I even managed a few days in Germany as well (and Italy). I think if could go again I would go to Cardiff!
