I "think" I want the alteration of my docket explained, and I "feel" it's strange...

At lunch, I attempted to see if the bench warrant had been served, and if there was another conference scheduled. When I asked for a printout of my Docket, I was told that they didn’t print out dockets… despite me getting a printout on Thursday and many times before that. They attempted to say I had to go to the “cashier” to get a printout, but I stayed at the front desk and calmly requested a printout in the same place I got my printout last time. The woman then went to computer away from the front desk, and then handed me a printout that looked like a copy. It may have been the printer, but the quality was not like the other printouts I’ve gotten before. Also, it did not have the conference on November 7th listed.

So, I asked a clerk for a printout, and the printer was in view. This docket listed also did not have the November 7th conference on it. Then the clerk said there was another listing and printed that out. That one had the November 7th conference, but not the rescheduling. My docket is now put into two categories, a PA and a PA2 and the end of the docket number. The difference is that on one of the docket listings, I’m the plaintiff and Jen is the defendant, and the other is opposite.

This was not how my docket was before, and, since I filed the motion for the conference, I should be the plaintiff. If there was an error and I’m not listed as the plaintiff, then the conference on the 7th should not be in a different docket listing that the rescheduling on the 14th. Neither listing showed a bench warrant issued.

So, I will go to Suffolk Court on Wednesday. That will be a week after the rescheduled conference. I’ll see if I can have the conference and rescheduling on the same docket listing that has me as the plaintiff. I also want to ask why my docket is now listed in PA and PA2. I also think I should file for another conference, since there does not seem to be any action by the court… and the last time I allowed the “process” of the court to run its course, I did not have a hearing for over two years. So, I’ll bring a motion on Wednesday, in the event that a week as gone by and no bench warrant was issued.

At work, the woman who was at the front desk called in sick, so I answered phones. A few packages were delivered, and in the afternoon a woman who worked there showed me the clipboard which had the sheet that all deliveries are written down on. I’ve been at the front desk before, and no one told me I had to write down the deliveries. But, if I have to be at the front desk, I’ll do that now. I also logged on to my fantasy basketball account at work, and I have never done that before. I don’t go to any sites at work where I have to log-in. But, I did not get up early enough today to set my lineup before I left for work. I actually set it a couple of times, since I had to some injury and guard issues that I had to think about. But, I’m not going to set my lineup at work again.

I saw my mother after work. When I got home, I watched “This is Spinal Tap”, and that is a movie everyone should see. I then recorded a new NSOTW and got some links on the index page.

They were out of the cigars I usually get at CVS, so I got a different brand. They were slightly less costly than what I normally get, so I might just smoke those now. I also should keep them in the bedroom, since cigars should be stored in non-cold environments.

Peace,

-Bill
