It seems that I've become a grumpy old whinge-bag lately. I do apologise.

Hopefully the mood swings and nonsense will work themselves out over the next week or two and normal service will be resumed. Well, as normal as it ever gets around here. In the meantime, it's been quite an eventful weekend, in a small-scale sort of way

That bird was so cute - whenever I want a smile, I just replay that little scene in my head for a while.

I loved the description of the blue tit in a snit. I could just picture it. Unfortunately I could also picture the scene in the pub, but I didn't dwell on it. :)

Come to think of it, I have the same problem at midday, too....
