She's one of his best girls, considering how long they've known each other, and after the last year with her pregnancy, being abandoned by her parents he's extra protective of her. He knows how it feels to be abandoned by parents, but he had Grams to help him through that. Quinn didn't have anyone. He also has a bit of respect for her whens he's showing her backbone, but he won't hesitate to tell her she's being a bit over the top and a bitch, but unlike how he'd call, say, Santana, he's a lot nicer to her about it, probably just take her off to the side and let her know she's losing her cool factor.
