My body always wakes me up after 7.25 hours, like clockwork. But that wasn't one of your answer options.

Does blearily rolling over in the middle of the night and immediately falling back asleep count as "waking up"? How about if you partly open one eye to glance meaninglessly at the clock?

Ditto that-I'm pretty sure it's usual for me to briefly return to consciousness ever 4 hours or so, but unless I need to get up and use the bathroom or something (pretty rare) I have no memory of it the next morning.

I think that if you definitely note being conscious, that counts.

A baby definitely counts as a sleep disorder.

I don't move in my sleep. So if I didn't wake up to full consciousness every 2-4 hours, I wouldn't roll over. And if I didn't roll over, I would have to have like an hour long morning movement routine in order to feel human again. I know this from the couple times I've managed to sleep through 7+ hours (usually when sick).

My answer probably isn't the most accurate. I actually will sometimes wake up several times in the morning, near the time I need to wake up, but the rest of the night is undisturbed so I said 0.

These answers definitely change though. Sometimes, usually when I've had caffeine too often several days in a row but sometimes there's no good reason, I'll get insomnia. Most of the time this takes shape in being able to fall asleep but I'll wake up an hour or two later and have no chance of falling back to sleep.
