better be careful. the french have a mysterious way of communicating, and chris might come back the same aura. for example - ask for directions, and they'll say something to the effect of...very close, very close, turn right somewhere, and then left, and then maybe left again, and right right, oh wait, no, turn left and then turn right...and you're like what??
