Fish Tacos.

Does anyone have a tried 'n true recipe?

If you do, post it! I'm already thinking way ahead to springish recipes.

Please include any and all garnishes, beer recommendations, etc.

xo!

I love fish tacos!! I use a taco seasoning packet. 1 packet per pound of fish. We catch our own and use redfish and croakers. You can find seasonings that are all natural.

I start off with a olive oil coated pan, mince garlic cloves (about 4 large) and place fish in immed. Cook a bit and place packet in. Let simmer turning occa.

I use corn tortillas. Garnish with shredded red cabbage, mango salsa (cilantro, red onion, garlic, mango, jalepenos, lime juice) and whatever else you like!

I also make a serrano ranch dip that goes great with it if you'd like the recipe.

You can also add more taco seasoning for more taste.

i used this one once. i used the recommendations for guidance because i didn't have that crema mexicana stuff. i don't think i did ketchup, but could've because i love mayo and ketchup mixed for a fried food dip.
it was really good, in any case, but i haven't made them in a long time so i'm foggy on the details.
