Note 2: This time, I used venison tenderloin steaks, already cut into medallions. I marinated them in lime juice and ginger, and cooked them up medium rare. I also replaced the water with a cup of chicken stock and let it simmer a little longer, and it came out yummy. Oh, and I used red pepper flakes instead of sriracha, and it was yummy. Basically, dinner was yummy.
