The recipe is super simple:

1 1/2 cups cranberries
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup water

Stir all ingredients together, bring to a boil, then simmer until the cranberries have burst and the jam has thickened a bit. If you want a smooth jam I suppose you could run it through a sieve, but I like mine chunky.

This makes a fairly small batch--just enough for that reused Bonne Maman jar you can see in the photo--but obviously you could make a bigger batch if you wanted enough to actually can it.
