That looks mouth-wateringly delicious. :) I never thought of pairing my satays with soba noodles though.
I don't have grill like that so I usually do my pork, chicken or beef satays on the barbecue outside but if the weather doesn't allow that, I do it in the oven under the broiler. You just have to watch it a bit more carefully cause I like some charring on the edges of the meat but not TOO dark.
I have so many different kinds of noodles in the pantry ie soba, rice stick, low mein, spaghetti/linguine etc. cause they're so handy and quick to cook. :)
No George Foreman for me ... I don't have the room for any more gadgets/appliances on my counters so I make do with what I have.

I just used a flat griddle pan, nothing fancy. George Foreman might also work in a pinch!
