I love crackers like these and could eat the entire batch by myself with cheese, deli meats, fruit and a tall ice cold glass of beer (or champagne!).

I've tried cracker recipes before, with not much success. But these look so good I'm going to have to try them. I have some farmer's market summer sausage that deserves homemade crackers.
