Harry Potter Butterbeer!

I am so excited for the Harry Potter movie tonight, so naturally, I made butterbeer! And it is delicious. It's sweet, rich and tastes like butterscotch.

Yup. We even have Meat Nazis that sniff out the infidel vegans and bring them to Re-education Centers, aka BBQ restaurants and steakhouses.

Do you think butter would work instead of margarine? I never have margarine on hand, but I really want to try this! Sounds fantastic. =)

Butter should work. Although, if you use unsalted butter I would add a 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

to reduce the foam or head when pouring, tilt the glass to the side when you pour, and pour the carbonated beverage by letting it run down along the inside of the glass.
