I am *so* making these. We're Woodford Reserve sippers if we're drinking bourbon, but we've got a bottle of Old Forrester Birthday Bourbon (12 year) that's a bit too caramel-y for our sipping tastes, but has done well in baked goods. Give you one guess which I'll be using for these cookies.
