I love homemade tomato sauce. I've only ever made mine with canned tomatoes, but am about to embark on an adventure to jar some in mass quantities (using fresh tomatoes) so I'm glad to see a little bit of info into the peeling process of the tomatoes. I look forward to the squishing part!
