This is the first recipe from my Secret Secret Garden Party. It's also my proudest kitchen achievement. I know to some people it seems silly to work for two days on something you can go to the bakery and buy, but hopefully some of you understand. Those look amazing... nothing compares to the smell of freshly baked croissants! I amn't brave enough to try making them yet, but maybe in the future... :)

Thanks for the recipe! I was actually looking for a decent croissant recipe a couple weeks ago, but just gave up the search because every recipe I found was either "take a can of Pilsbury crescent rolls" or more of a biscuit. I'm bookmarking this and will definitely try it!
