Have you tried recipes at http://www.waffelizer.com? I tried the smores recipe... the graham cracker dough burned well before it was firm enough to remove from the waffle iron. :( But I baked the rest of the dough and it was quite yummy. It was more like a cinnamon crisp cookie than a graham cracker, though.
