We bottled an Irish stout and an amber ale last night. Yummy! We started brewing again after not doing it for several years. We had a pale ale that wasn't to bad but the grolsh bottles needed new rubber seals.

Yep.

He's starting with IPA's, going to perfect his recipe and then move on to other types.

Nice color and head! I haven't brewed since last spring and I'm chomping at the bit. I need to get a quick wheat beer of some sort in for the summer next week and then start planning the fall beers I want to have ready for Octoberfest.
