well, I pulled some lamb out of the freezer this morning, have potatoes, sweet potatoes, onions, herbs, and some really good porters and stouts... yup, lamb stew tonight :-D

It's Kaukazian dry blend Adjika - paprika sweet, paprika hot, coriander, salt, garlic, dill, parsley, sumac, oregano, basil, mint, Greek hay. But guy, who share this recipy, add only dry oregano, pepper and bay leaf. And garlic :) You can add any spices on your taste.
