YUM! my mom was Mexican. I LOVE Chorizo. This looks yummy!
I love how a lot of the things that we had when we were kids visiting Mexico are now available here.
Not everything, but a lot more options.

Do they offer cochinito Pibil where you live? (They don't here.) It's a canned meat. Very very yummy with eggs.
