I am super excited about this post, mainly because now I have something to do with the garam masala I mixed up in class last week! (I took it home figuring no one was ever going to use it, and it would just end up getting tossed in a few months, but I haven't had any ideas on what to do with it, besides remakes of what I did in class that day...)
