Whoa! Those taco shells look amazingly tasty. Are they hard to make? (I'm thinking getting the right shape/pitch to them would be the toughest part)

Not terribly difficult, but it took a couple of tries to get it right. When I get back home, I'll update with the diagram from the cookbook.
