Yea, for me too. But for me it's an allergy to shellfish that keeps me at bay. I'm an AK native, and I miss shellfish like a fiend sometimes. Mostly crab though...

this salad is near and dear to me, I am taking it and dancing with it if I can.

Ive made a similar one with shredded zucchini instead of cucumber before.
