You can't go wrong with strawberries and chocolate!

I made dessert bowls for my Mom and Fred. I used scoops of creamy vanilla with strawberry swirls. I added super sweet chopped strawberries and drizzled chocolate sauce on top. I added a sliced strawberry on top for a flourish

The strawberry on top looks GIANT! It's funny because I am not a fan of ice cream but I am a sucker for any "Sundae" type dessert, yum!

It was a pretty large strawberry. We lucked out and got them all on sale- usually berries are pretty pricey in these here parts. LOL

They were pretty good. I usually get the ones that look great but aren't too sweet- this time they were good!

If I can't smell the strawberries when I pick up the container at the grocery store, I put the container back and keep looking for one that does smell like strawberries. It's been quite awhile since I've gotten strawberries that weren't good.
