Well, I am glad you liked them anyways. LOL
I like the odd mushroomy look they get when I use the large cupcake liners and small cupcake pan because like I said- when they get that shape, it's more cupcake top for me to enjoy. :-)

All I do is use a supermoist box cake mix, but I like to add lemon zest to make it more lemony. I add a few drops of lemon juice to the cream cheese frosting too. I like to keep it simple because sometimes simple is still great.

My boyfriend I were poking through this community awhile ago and thought your quesadillas looked delicious! So we bookmarked them...ended up making them tonight. :) Really really tasty! I added some lemon juice and tabasco to the avocado...mmm. Thanks!
