have you ever tried roasting shrimp ? i just tried it for the first time this past season....and it's AMAZING ! it's so simple....garlic, evoo, kosher salt & pepper....
you roast it on 350 degrees for 4 minutes, then flip it around and toss for another 3.
DIVINE and perfectly cooked !
