Same here... and I assure you, it never involves anything remotely involving pastry dough, unless crescent rolls from a tube count.

Haha yes exactly. I can understand throwing some stuff in a skillet on a lazy day but it was the pastry dough that really got me.

Looks like a healthy and delish calzone...I hear you on the tofu...even the herbed/seasoned kind need much more seasoning than called for in recipes...
Have you tried oyster sauce or plum sauce? It add some more sauce and pairs with those veggies very well. In fact, if you grated those veggies more, it would be what I put in my mooshu...
