My daughter baked for her annual fundraising bake sale the other day. In addition to chocolate-chip cookies, oatmeal-raisin cookies, and mandlebread (mandlebrot), she made her trademark meringues. Always so pretty! (But I'm lusting for a macro-lens...)

I've had leftover cocont milk before, usually I just put it in a mason jar or whatever and leave it in the fridge. I left it for over a week and it was fine...
