Today I had bought some delicious chicken wings to have for dinner, and once the stove was heated, I realised the chicken wings I had bought had not been marinated or anything. So, as the sweet 'n sour chicken fan I am, I grabbed a small bag with sour and sweet wok-sauce and kneaded it into the chicken-wings. I prepared some Jasmin rice to go with it.
It turned out quite well, I think, but I think it would have been better had I known the chicken wasn't marinated before and had let the wings soak in the sauce for quite a while.
(Note that I'm uh... a novice in the kitchen. I mean, I've been cooking for a long time, just that I've just gained enough confidence to experiment and do things without following a recipe. Also, if this is too simple to belong in food_porn, the mods can feel free to delete it. Also excuse me if the descriptions aren't yummy enough; English is not my first language.)
