Looking for a certain traditional spanish recipe

There's this spanish dish that I *really* want to make for a special friend of mine. But I have no recipe and no clue. The dish is beef enchiladas with a green chili sauce. I know nothing about this! Could really use some input here.

I make enchiladas fairly often and I usually just wing it as far as a recipe ( ... )

Wow, this looks like something I can actually do. Do they make the thin kind of corn tortillas? That's what he prefers.

They do. I don't know about your area, but there's a huge Mexican population here and we can get just about ANY kind of tortilla here - thick, thin, wheat, corn, flour, flavored...

If you have a Trader Joe's nearby, you might check there.
