Stroganoff goes well with curry paste too.

I cut them up into smaller chunks, drizzle a bit of olive oil in a skillet, toss the meat in, sprinkle on some 'Mrs. Dash' table blend seasoning, simmer covered on low heat until done. Simple, tasty, and healthy.

I do a bit of olive oil, kosher salt, cracked pepper, a small drizzle of honey and some cayenne pepper. Sautee over high heat and serve.

Black bean sauce?

Paprika paste, garlic, olive oil and lemon juice?

the best place to learn what to do with the meat is to ask the butcher. [not to be confused with me, i'm just a bitcher] no butcher? then it might not be a good environment to purchase unfamiliar meats on a whim. is it pork? is it beef ( ... )

Alas, I'm buying my groceries online, so there's no butcher to ask.

As for the sweetener, my objection isn't to refined sugar but the sweet flavor. I don't even like citrus on meat, it's just too sweet.

then just boil your food. or use that mrs dash stuff and put it on the george foreman grill. heck, you can put salt and lemon pepper seasoning on it and hang it to dry like jerky.
