Okay, I know some of you hold Rachael Ray in high contempt, but despite her grating voice, annoying catchphrases, and shortcuts, she does have some great, time-saving recipes. Like this one! I made it tonight and it was absolutely scrumptious, so I thought I'd pass it on.

That does sound good. A little high on the fat but dang.

I used lean meat, so it wasn't too bad. It also made a TON of cheese sauce, so I had a lot leftover.
