SCONES! haha.. seriously, I posted about scones on my blog, and I got so many responses about the differences between An american scone and a British scone, some people actually got upset about it!

So you could make British Scones, which are pretty much like American biscuits (not to be confused wit British biscuits, which are cookies to us yanks)

hehe.. I have a really good simple British scone recipe if you'd like me to email it to you. Just serve them with jam and cream. They don't need to be hot.
