I just made Guacamole. It's not very photogenic however partly due to the fact that I used a can of tomatoes. Really it's quite hideous but oh so tasty

Yummy. Yeah, my method for guacamole could be described as 'grab and mash'. I usually use avocado, tomato (fresh, always), lime juice, and cilantro. If I want to make it creamier and extend the quantity, I'll add sour cream, but I prefer the vegan version.
