Mmmmmm Chops

There was breaded and deep fried plantains
While waiting for the meat to rest I cooked an egg in the leftover clarified butter (now scented with cinnamon, port, and carrots) and served in on a brioche. (Ohhhhhhhhh creamy rich simple devasting goodness)

To drink we had Tenzan sake - kinda fruity and very rich. Totally stood up to the lamb.
