I agree with you on the taste thing - I find that as you grow older you don't like sweet things as much, and start becoming attracted to things that would repulse you as a kid, such as mint and dark chocolate!

The pineapple looks great!

While I do agree that I'm not so into sweet things as I was when I was older. I have always loved the taste of mint. It's like heaven to me.

I try things I don't like more often than that actually. Especially if it's made by some one else. I've found my grandma can make green beans that I like way more than when my mom makes them. XD If only I could replicate that.
