So, its that time of year again...EXAMS!!!
Im in Cullinary school at the moment, and for our 2nd year baking exams, heres what we came up with.....

Just wondering if this a cross-Atlantic culinary difference thing - I'm in the UK - would these be considered an unusual sort of dessert over there?

hmm nope....its basically liek a lemon meringue, but bite seize...and better :)
why, would it be uncommon there?

aww :( if it makes you feel any better, i have mind-numbing sleepless night exams as well ~ this one just happened to be fun (ie not stressful and tasty too! )
