oh my god...that dressing is *insane*. i imagine it tastes great!

The bagels are assorted types too. This year there were blueberry, sun-dried tomato, pumpkin, whole wheat and plain bagels. I like to have some pumpernickel bagels in there too, but they didn't have them when the bagels were purchased.

man, that dressing really makes me wish that those food scientists would hurry up and come up with artificial bacon flavoring already so i can eat all those tasty things and keep it kosher...

Just leave out the bacon and put in a bit more sausage (the stuff I used was all beef). It'll still be good, and kosher.
