Ok, I went through and added all the tags that applied to my dinner. I notice that this community already has several hundred tags, and they make each page really long with this layout. Although I am reluctant to add more to this already unwieldy list, I think that my post should also have these new tags:

post fusion, periwinkle, amaranth, ginger beer, chestnut, pappadum, pomegranate, celeriac, juicer, sabayon, micro salad, pancetta, pomello, amuse bouche, intermezzo, sugar snap peas, "paint", "ink", "caviar"

How many tags should my post have, and should i go ahead and add those ones?

dont worry about adding too many tags, as long as it applies to the food it works. You dont have to have a certain amount just try to list the tags that you think are appropriate.
