The frozen bananas and semi-sweet chocolate can turn into chocolate-covered bananas.

The oatmeal, wheat germ, egg whites, condensed milk/coconut milk, and sugar can be combined into pancake batter. Just make sure you use a little baking powder. That'll also use up your maple syrup and, if you run out, the brown sugar can be used for a topping.

Make cool Ibarra chocolate drink. Melt it in milk, then chill. Drink. Enjoy.

The cocoa, milk, oatmeal, and IIRC one egg can be combined into stovetop no-bake cookies.

I don't really have many ideas for those ingredients (banana bread--but that uses oven? coconut milk curry with tofu?), but I suspect you could give away most of whatever you have left over to a food bank or to friends.

I just used the microwave gingerbread recipe from the comments in this post: http://community.livejournal.com/food_porn/2404613.html and it turned out really well. I think it's be even better if you replaced the small amount of white sugar it calls for with the brown sugar.
