I'm sick. I wanted comfort food. I also had a lot of things on hand that needed to be used. So, it was time for Lauren's favorite game, Throw Stuff in a Skillet and See What We Make! Tonight's recipe(...ish) is behind the cut. No pictures, but damn was it tasty!

that sounds soooo good..i think i might just have to snag this one from you!! i'm a big pasta fan and i'm getting a lil worn out of the same dishes..and the lovely thing is i have all the stuff i need to make it!! yay for you great inventors!

I'm glad my pantry-cleaning can be of use, lol. The important thing for me in this one was jazzing up a few not-so-fresh ingredients (tinned tomato sauce, frozen chicken breast, ect) with the flavors of the fresh tomato and rosemary. Really, I used an obnoxious amount of rosemary. Then again, I <3 rosemary. If you happen to like rosemary, I suggest using twice as much as is entirely necessary. OMG good. Good luck!

Oh, and if you do it like I did, yo should end up with a sauce that's a light orange in colour and thick enough to stick to the side of a bowl.
