I decided to try making fried green tomatoes and I think they came out pretty damn good! I used a little corn meal, skim milk, an egg and some bay seaonings to make the batter, fried them with a non stick pan and then added them to my sandwich of ham, spinach and lite blue cheese dressing.

I think they are basically a non ripe tomatoe, so they are very firm and stand up to the frying. They have a great flavor I think too.

Does your plate say "Drool Worthy!" on it!? (Or did you photoshop that in?)

If it actually is on the plate, where on earth did you find that design?

Well, I see a niche that needs to be filled! Just have to learn to write on plates in a permanent and non-toxic fashion.
