A Thai-Inspired Picnic

Our homemade Thai-inspired picnic included chicken satay with spicy peanut sauce and gang ped (Thai red curry with coconut milk) with chicken and vegetables. There was a ton of rice! We have leftovers for tomorrow now.

I'm a thai lover from way back, and those are 2 of my favorites. Add some Thom Yum and I might have to crash your picnic! :)
