Recipe and a question

Hi all,

Last week I tried a recipe that came out quite well: lemon-chile chicken wings. It's from Basic Cooking, which is a cookbook that I adore - there are lots of really tasty recipes in there and I'm gradually working my way through them. the resipes sounds great.

for the cleaning...can the area be submerged in water to soak? that would be one way to help get the area clean

you also may want to try a degreaser like orange clean or greased lighting

Dawn Power Dissolver works really well on that kind of stuff- I have to admit being a little obsessed with using it.

There are degreasers that should do the trick. Check "carbon cleaners" on Google...

I made a variation of this recipe of yours the other night and it was delicious - I used lime juice instead of lemon (as they were all I had) and loved it! Thanks :)
