You put cloves in these? Other than that they sound wonderful. Oh, I get it -- cloves of garlic. Still having my morning coffee. Think I'll put this in my recipe file. Thanks.

Sounds delicious! Do you think it would be possible to make them in advance and refrigerate and freeze them before baking? I'm just thinking it would make it convenient to pop them in the oven at the very beginning of a party.

I've made roasted garlic and grilled cheese sandwiches using Dubliner, a sharp cheese available in the local Publix's. Florida area.
