Anyone know what the fonts in these three icons are called? And do you know where I can download them?

#2 is Papyrus. It's a commercial font, but it's included with Mac OS X, and also included with some Microsoft programs. And if you Google for it you can probably find it, but I'm not proividing any links.

#3 is Kabel, also a commercial font, but it has clones of various names.
