It's not Arial Black or Franklin Gothic. Look at the capital R. It's Helvtica, about %95 positive.

Yeah, totally Helvetica. With the horizontals on the S's Cs, and, as you mentioned, the Capital R.

Well, it's a version of Helvetica Black, but I think it's probably something like Helvetica CY Black or something like that. The reason I say that is because the apostrophes look different. It actually wouldn't surprise me to find out that the apostrophes are a different font entirely.
